On February 27, 2026, a meeting of the Industrial Council was held at the college, aimed at strengthening the interaction between the technical and vocational education system and employers, as well as developing human resources in accordance with the current needs of the economic sectors.
The Industrial Council serves as an important platform for constructive dialogue between the educational institution and representatives of the business community. Its activities are focused on ensuring practice-oriented training of specialists, improving the quality of the educational process, and adapting the content of education to the modern requirements of the labor market.
The meeting was attended by the college administration, teachers of specialized disciplines, as well as representatives of enterprises and organizations — the college’s social partners. During the meeting, participants discussed key areas of cooperation, issues related to the training of qualified specialists, and mechanisms for improving educational programs.
Within the framework of the agenda, the following issues were considered:
▪ approval of the composition of the College Industrial Council;
▪ approval of the work plan of the Industrial Council for the current period;
▪ analysis of the needs of the regional labor market and the competencies demanded from specialists;
▪ consideration of issues related to the development and updating of working curricula for the implemented specialties.
Special attention was paid to updating the content of educational programs taking into account modern technologies, employer requirements, and trends in industry development. Approaches to implementing practice-oriented learning, expanding elements of dual education, as well as developing professional and transversal competencies among students that are in demand in the modern labor market were also discussed.
During the meeting, representatives of enterprises expressed their proposals for improving the training of specialists, emphasizing the importance of strengthening students’ practical training and expanding the college’s cooperation with production sites. Opportunities for organizing industrial practice, internships, and the further employment of graduates were also considered.
Following the meeting, priority areas of joint activities aimed at improving the quality of personnel training and developing long-term partnerships between the educational organization and employers were identified. Specific steps for further cooperation were outlined, including the participation of industry representatives in the development of educational programs, conducting master classes, professional consultations, and joint events.
The work of the Industrial Council will continue on a systematic basis. Its activities are aimed at training competitive and qualified specialists with modern professional skills and competencies that meet the requirements of the labor market and the needs of the economy.
